Thank you for shopping with Nexsus Plus. Please read our shipping policy carefully.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next working day

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email


Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom only


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express Delivery (if offered): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier backlogs or strikes

  • Severe weather or public disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment

  • Promotional or free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly stated


Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

  • Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may take up to 24 hours to appear


Missed Deliveries & Safe Places

  • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or attempt redelivery

  • If you provide safe place instructions, delivery is completed once the parcel is left there

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur re-delivery charges

  • We cannot reroute parcels once they have been dispatched


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed:

  • Please allow 2 additional working days beyond the estimated delivery time

  • If still not received, contact us with your order number

We will investigate with the courier. Replacements or refunds are issued only after courier confirmation.


Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items:

  • Items may be shipped together or separately

  • Delivery times may vary per item


Customs & Duties (UK Orders)

For UK orders:

  • No customs fees or import duties apply
