Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.


Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required


Clothing Returns

Clothing items are eligible for return if:

  • They are unworn and unwashed

  • No signs of use, including odours, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or stains

  • All tags and hygiene seals remain intact

Items that show signs of wear or washing will not be accepted.


Footwear Returns

Footwear returns are subject to strict inspection standards:

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors only

  • Soles must be clean and unmarked

  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, placed inside protective outer packaging

  • Any footwear showing outdoor wear, creasing, scuffing, or sole damage will not qualify for a return

This applies regardless of how briefly the footwear was worn.


Size & Fit Disclaimer

We provide size charts and fitting information to assist with selection.

  • Choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility

  • Size or fit issues are not considered faults

  • Returns due to sizing are accepted only if all return conditions are met

  • Footwear worn outdoors cannot be returned due to sizing issues


Free Returns

  • Return shipping is free for eligible returns

  • No restocking or handling fees are charged

  • Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved

Returns sent without approval may be delayed or rejected.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, including shipping costs


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days


Items Not Eligible for Refund

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for:

  • Items returned in a worn, washed, or damaged condition

  • Footwear with signs of outdoor use

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions above
